Intercoder agreement (Fleiss, Krippendorff, Brennan-Prediger)
Does something change over several time points? (repeated-measures analysis of variance)
Does an influence run through an intermediate step? (mediation)
Does a relationship depend on something else? (moderation)
Are my data nested in groups? (multilevel model)
Combine studies (meta-analysis)
Does an intervention work for one person? (single-case analysis)
How long does it take until an event? (Kaplan-Meier)
Cox regression (several characteristics and the time to an event)
Life table (survival table in fixed intervals)
Cox regression with a time-dependent covariate (a characteristic changes over time)
AFT model: by which factor does the time to the event change? (time ratio)
Several rows of the same person or group: cluster and frailty
Cross-correlation: does one time series lead the other?
What might happen next? Forecast with ARIMA, automatic selection and smoothing

Understand

Distributions, intervals, tests and chance without data of your own

Understand: calculate and experiment without data of your own
See the effect size: overlap, superiority, group size needed
Task and characteristic curve: seeing difficulty and discrimination
A line to play with: regression and correlation in a picture
Calculate distributions: probability, quantile, mean
Calculate from summary numbers: interval, test and sample size
Allocate by chance: random selection and allocation list
Understand the test for a proportion: rejection region, actual α, prediction interval
Learning lab: samples, bootstrap, random experiments and four-field table to try out
